Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Non-Returnable Items — Custom & Personalized Orders All custom and personalized items are final sale and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom 3D printed parts or models
- Custom design files or digital deliverables
- Any item made to your specifications or personalized in any way
Because these items are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on them under any circumstances.
Eligible Returns For non-custom items, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at matt@glitchfixdesigns.com. Do not send items back without first receiving approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted. Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Damages & Issues Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at matt@glitchfixdesigns.com and we'll make it right.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval with no refund, contact us at matt@glitchfixdesigns.com.
European Union Orders EU customers have the right to cancel or return non-custom orders within 14 days for any reason. Custom and personalized items remain non-returnable regardless of shipping destination.
